  Retailers: Are you PCI Compliant? VISA has mandated that all processors confirm that all  merchants are PCI compliant by 2010. Not being compliant will result in additional monthly fees and eventual removal from the VISA network. If you are using the NSGA Credit Card Processor Elavon, they will walk you through to make sure you are compliant and in good standing.
