  • Selection of a software services provider as a preferred back-end system for team dealers who faced removal of support by their current software vendor. At the request of team dealers whose primary software provider announced it would no longer support an older, more established system, NSGA surveyed membership as to the need for an alternative software system for team dealers. After reviewing proposals responding to an RFP sent to 15 companies, NSGA proposed two companies to a committee of members, who recommended their choice. NSGA entered into an agreement with a company for its team sports software system, guaranteeing members they would receive best available pricing. A second company would not guarantee best available pricing and thus was not included in the preferred provider agreement.
