DALLAS, TEXAS (January 31, 2020) – OrderMyGear announced that Leonid Rozkin has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer.

Rozkin’s promotion aligns with OMG’s vision to take the company into their next phase of growth by investing in leadership, talent, and professionals with industry and SaaS experience. In 2020, OMG will drive new standards around technology in the Team and Promotional Product industries by building out a platform that simplifies the group ordering process and modernizes the way dealers and distributors compete in the market. To support this effort OMG plans on doubling current Engineering, Sales and Service Teams.

“Leo brings the experience and attitude required to help lead OMG into the next stage of our business as we expand offerings and accelerate growth,” said OMG CEO Dave Dutch. “He is the type of versatile CFO that adds value at multiple levels. We are lucky to have Leo on the team.”

Rozkin brings over a decade of private equity, investment banking, and financial experience to the OMG Team. During his time at JPMorgan, Rozkin helped several SaaS companies go public and advised on the largest SaaS transactions at the time, totaling $8B. Prior to OMG, Rozkin was Vice President at Francisco Partners, a Technology-focused private equity firm with $14B of assets raised to date, where he was responsible for 9 Software investments, representing $4B+ of enterprise value.

“At OMG, team is everything. We are fortunate to have a strong culture of OMG’ers who are passionate about making our clients successful,” Rozkin said. “Over the past year, it has become clear that there is a tremendous opportunity to help our clients grow by providing technology that solves for the future trends in our industry – we are proud to be at the forefront of that movement. It’s been a fun ride and we couldn’t be more excited for 2020.”
